This special offer includes a 4-hour event along with 2 hours for bump-in and 2 hours for bump-out. Additional inclusions are pre- and post-event cleaning, access to a green room with an auditorium view, bar staff, and a selection of beer, wine, and spirits, served unlimited for 4 hours. Capacity limits apply. Any extra event hours will incur additional charges as per the listed rates. Depending on specific A/V requirements, the presence of an A/V technician may be required at an additional cost. A refundable damage security deposit of $1,000 is required to secure the booking. Payment terms are as follows: 50% due 30 days prior to the event and the remaining 50% due 14 days before the event. Additional bump-in or bump-out time may be subject to extra charges. All prices are exclusive of GST.
